You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process or by email. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order; this email does not confirm acceptance of the order at that point. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the goods ordered at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Please note, if you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. Cheque payments will be submitted on receipt to our bank, for clearing. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. When the order is dispatched we will send you confirmation by email. We accept orders from the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery is made Monday to Friday only. Goods are normally dispatched within 10 working days of placing the order, at which time we will notify you by email. Please contact us prior to ordering should you wish an earlier delivery and we will do our best to accommodate. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days please contact us. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We accept payments by MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, and Solo cards. You may also pay by PayPal Account and Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Horse Play Crafty Parties Ltd. (crossed a/c payee). Payment can be made by any method specified in our website. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. All payment card data is encrypted and held in a secure environment. Transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure site. We do not have access to these details ourselves. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments. Refunds: We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt - please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. If the goods are faulty we will offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund (including delivery costs) and reimburse you for your return postage. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. All our products are handmade to order. The cardboard used is high quality and newly manufactured from 90% recycled materials, the paper and material shapes are from recycled sources such as manufacturers off-cuts and interior designers waste. All cardboard, fabric, paper and wood shapes used in our kits are either machine or hand-cut. Our products are high quality, however due to the nature of the material and the preparation processes some imperfections may be present. We do not recommend our craft kits for children under 3 years old. Children may require adult assistance.

The Host/Parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of exits, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian. Horse Play Crafty Parties shall not have any liability to the client for any loss, damage, costs or expenses which the client suffers or incurs arising out of the event unless arising out of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Horse Play Crafty Parties or its employees. The client undertakes to indemnify and keep indemnified Horse Play Crafty Parties in respect of any damage to property, personal injury to the host, party guests or any other loss of any nature whatsoever that Horse Play Crafty Parties may suffer as a result of any act or omission of the client or its guests as the event. Accidental damage to the property at the event should be covered by the clients own insurance and no claim will be accepted by Horse Play Crafty Parties which hereby excluded any liability for any such loss. Horse Play Crafty Parties do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of the event or for any delays arising as a result of loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, floods or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. The Party will be supervised by a CRB checked member of Horse Play Crafty Parties Ltd. staff. Public and product liability insurance is with Ian W. Wallace.
