DELIVERY

We accept orders from the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Delivery is made Monday to Friday only. Goods are normally dispatched within 10 working days of placing the order. Large Party Packs may require 21 days, please contact us prior to ordering should you wish an earlier delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Standard Parcel postage, please allow 3-5 days from date of dispatch.

Delivery costs vary depending on the numbers and types of products purchased. As a guide, our delivery pricing schedule for full-size kits is shown below. Our Accessories, Unique Gifts and selected Kits have reduced postage costs and vary depending on the content of your order. Exact costs are calculated in your shopping cart and updated as products are added.

If you have not received your goods within 5 working days please contact us. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Refunds: We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt - please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. If the goods are faulty we will offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund (including delivery costs) and reimburse you for your return postage. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order

• you must contact us before we have dispatched the goods to you. In which case we will refund your payment in full, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
• In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations our customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel a purchase. In this case we will provide a full refund and you must return the cancelled items to us. We may recover costs should the goods be damaged whilst in your possession or en route back to us.
• You must contact us of your intention to cancel. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. In all cases, unless the goods we supplied are faulty the costs of return to us shall be borne by you.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
